  基因微阵列(microarray)检测技术伴随着对人类基因组及其编码的蛋白的相关结构和功能的深入研究,从最初基因的cDNA微阵列,到蛋白微阵列技术等正在迅速发展和广泛应用.我们知道,大多数生物学过程是一个涉及疾病相关基因的识别、量化和蛋白质分子相互作用的复杂网络[1,2],关于基因功能分类的研究也已经存在,如在组织相容性抗原(MHC)和免疫球蛋白系列已较系统和深入.……
